So my thought today is on...
Patience.
As I head into my weekend as I'm super excited to be attending an amazing festival....I am having to concentrate on PATIENCE...

So I'm having to remind myself to be present in the now...not missing out or undervaluing interactions I have with people before I get there. Not rushing through my day, so I don't miss other important things or neglect other people/duties.

So my question is for everyone out there. What is a personal goal that you are working on for today, the weekend or in general?

So here I go...it's been a long time since I've utilised my page...
Right now the time feels right to do so again...In the last couple of years there has been a lot of changes in my life...a big one of course is I'm now living in Altona, Melbourne, Australia. With my 2 sons and husband.
So I'm putting feelers out for who would be interested in receiving Reiki Healing, maybe in conjuction with massage...also in starting up a Meditation Group, in the next few weeks.
