Nearly 12 months postpartum 💪
Today I hit 7 reps at 90kg for Trap Bar Deadlifts, my heaviest lift since before birthing Jude.
Progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through consistency, patience and showing up for yourself - even on the days you don’t feel like it.
After +3 years pregnant and/or breastfeeding, I don’t just train for numbers on the bar. I train for strong bones, a healthy body, a clear mind, and the strength to carry and keep up with my two boys. Strength training isn’t just about aesthetics (yeah that’s a great part), but it’s about longevity, resilience and confidence from the inside out.
