Professional Remedial massage services located in Annerley. By appointment only. She is able to adjust each treatment to adapt to your personal needs.

Bec's special interests are releasing and reducing headaches, lower back pain plus neck and shoulder pain however she is capable of treating other conditions. She is experienced in many manipulative therapies such as myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and trigger point therapy. She is also experienced in sports massage (pre/post event), pregnancy and relaxation massage. All Remedial mass

age services are claimable with private health funds. She's also a full member of ANTA - Australian Natural Therapists Association.

After two wonderful years at Lumen Pilates, I'm thrilled to announce that I’m moving my massage therapy practice to a new location! Starting Thursday 6th of Feb, you'll find me just down the road at Osteofit! 🎉

I’m so grateful for all the amazing clients I’ve seen at Lumen, and I can’t wait to see you again in a fresh new space. Osteofit offers a fantastic environment, making it the perfect place for us to continue your recovery and relaxation. I'll continue to practice on Thursdays & Sundays for the time being.
