这个团队无疑是 Kindred 最不可或缺的部分。没有他们，我们的临床团队根本无法完成我们的工作，来就诊的家庭也无法获得我们所提供的护理。他们在一个节奏快捷、极具动态性的环境中不懈努力，不断在我们这一特殊领域的不可预测性与卓越的行政和客户支持服务之间取得平衡。
我们以自己独特的医疗实践方式为傲——无论是护理方式，还是医生和助产士对家庭的可及性——但这一切都建立在彼此尊重与理解的基础上。这也意味着我们有时会延迟，有时需要重新安排预约。
我们从不轻易做出重新安排预约的决定，并始终尽可能提前通知大家，无论是需要改期或临床团队出现延误时。我们的行政团队始终体恤这些变化对家庭造成的影响，他们总是保持尊重，并在常常棘手的情况下尽力提供可行的选择。我们希望所有与 Kindred 接触的人，都能给予我们的行政团队同样的尊重。
分娩从来不按时间表进行；孕期丧失的复杂性、紧急情况、妇科手术、心理健康问题、个性化教育、哺乳支持、需要额外评估和照护的婴儿——这些只是我们投入时间的一部分，同时我们也尽力在门诊中按时完成常规检查。我们理解，当我们延误或调整预约时会令人沮丧，但当你在预定时间以外需要我们时，我们也一定会在你身边——请在行政团队传达变更信息时，花一点时间理解这一点。

The heart of our home, our beautiful reception, kept beating by our incredible administration team.
This team, by far, are the most integral part of Kindred. Our clinical team simply couldn’t do what we do without them, nor would the families who see us be able to access the care we provide. They work tirelessly, in a fast paced, incredibly dynamic environment, constantly balancing the unpredictable nature that is our specialty, with providing exceptional administrative and customer support services.
We pride ourselves on being quite a unique practice in how we provide care and how available our doctors and midwives are for families, but we can only do this with a mutual respect and understanding, which means we sometimes run late and we sometimes need to reschedule.
We don’t make the decision to reschedule appointments lightly, and always do our best to give people as much notice as possible if this is the case or if the clinical team are running late. Our admin team are always empathetic to the impact this has on families, they are always respectful and do their very best to provide options in often tricky circumstances. We request that everyone who has contact with Kindred, extends the same respect back to our admin team.
Births don’t run to a schedule, nor does the complexity of pregnancy loss, an emergency situation, a gynaecology theatre case, a woman with mental health concerns, individualised education, lactation support or a baby requiring additional assessment and support - these are just some of the places we are giving our time to, as well as trying to run on time in clinic for routine check ups. We know it’s frustrating when we run late or move appointments, but when you need our time outside of scheduled appointments, we will be there with you - please take the time to consider this when admin pass on the message of changes.
