Thank you so much to all who donated big and small over the last 3 wks. We received $229 and as promised have matched it dollar for dollar to a round up of $460 being deposited today to Fresh Start Rescue. Awesome!! 🙏❤️

Lots of questions this week from parents about school bags and how to minimise stress on developing spines -->

How to avoid Overloaded, Poorly fitted, Incorrectly worn Backpacks? 5 TIPS:
- pack heaviest items closest to spine
- use straps over both shoulders
- fasten chest and waist clips
- don't wear below hollow of lower back
- only carry what's necessary and unpack regularly
