I’m so looking forward to participating in this gorgeous workshop. A beautiful creative tonic for the locals of Apollo Bay 💓

Connect with your creativity and draw inspiration from nature at this 'no-art-skills' workshop. We’ll explore art-making with a range of materials including acrylics, water colour, pastels and pencils. You’ll learn simple and fun techniques like tracing, stenciling and printing, which bypass the need to be ‘good at drawing’. Feel free to continue making your art for a further 30 minutes after the session if you'd like to. All materials are provided, and a light morning tea is included.

WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?

We are at the abundant time of Lammas here in the southern hemisphere.

In pagan tradition, Lammas is the first harvest. The earth is abundant with fruit and nourishment, and it is a time to give thanks for all that has grown.

Metaphorically, this season invites you to honour your own inner harvest. We often find ourselves on the treadmill of life, forgetting to take the time to see how far we have come. It is time to feel into your big, beautiful heart and honour what you’re grateful for in this precious life.

Take time to celebrate all the achievements in your life.

Give thanks to this precious Earth and all her nourishment.

We live in a “ not enough “ culture.

How about take this seasonal transition to stop and smell the roses.

Give thanks and gratitude for the positive in your life.
