Walking Life's Path Counselling

Walking Life's Path Counselling To “walk life's path” WITH those seeking help, to empower them to “walk away” more self-reliant with a greater sense of hope for the future.

The role of counselling is to neither lead nor follow, though sometimes both are necessary, the role of counselling is to “walk alongside”, going where the counselee wants to go, exploring what they want to explore. Walking Life's Path was created in order to “walk” with those seeking help, to clarify and set about reaching their goals, with the primary objective being to empower them to make the right decisions in order to reach said goals, and to be able to “walk away” more self-reliant, with a new or revised set of skills and a greater sense of hope for the future. Counselling for: families, couples, individuals, anxiety, depression, stress, injury/illness, trauma, grief, etcetera. Walking Life's Path also offers supervision to counsellors under both PACFA and ACA regulations, the supervisor holds a Masters degree in counselling. Level 3 ACA and clinical PACFA membership

Motivation... sometimes a bit elusive. How do you find yours?

I was discussing yesterday the last minute under pressure type motivation. This can be quite good for releasing all those feel good hormones at task end.... but what of the stresses during?

Then there's mornings.... these horrid transitions of the day require lubrication of the coffee variety. I generally do not converse coherently until after 7 or 8 and at least 1 cup.

Example of how I feel before 7 for shown.

Had a rather vivid lucid dream this morning. I had bought an old whiskey distillery and was renovating it, as if I need THAT much extra work to do. I was thinking to myself "I know this is a dream as I would never buy again, so let's take a look around at this place".
I went on a tour, and it was the most featureless, stock standard boring brick building with exception of its weird wavy sloping floor (apparently this indicates I may be unstable).
When I woke up I thought this has got to have some kind of waking world meaning, I don't have lucid dreams, so I looked it up.
Apparently to dream of themes of whiskey evokes camaraderie and social connection. Two things this introvert has previously been avoiding but recently has been found drawn more and more into. Apparently, to further the dream interpretation, whiskey brings out the human need for connection and shared experiences.
As I said earlier, apparently the sloping uneven floor talks about me being unstable - interesting that I found that part the most remarkable thing about the building LOL
Renovating in a dream symbolises redoing or regrowth.
So here I am, me and my wonky floor out to rebuild and renew connection and shared experiences.
What about you? Any weird dreams or themes chasing you down?
