🌟 Support Workers Wanted – Rockingham & Surrounding Areas 🌟
We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our team and provide quality support to NDIS participants in the Rockingham and surrounding areas.
One of our valued participants is a 58-year-old man who enjoys community outings, shopping trips, bowling, and has a passion for V8 motor cars. He also has a little Jack Russell who’s very much part of the family! 🐶
The participant has expressed a preference for support workers who are Caucasian and speak with no strong accents, as this helps with clear communication and comfort during support. We are committed to inclusive hiring and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, as additional shifts may also be available with other participants who have different needs and preferences.
💡 Ideal candidates will:
Be personable and enjoy engaging in hobbies like bowling, motorsports, and casual outings
Be able to provide companionship and support while promoting community access
✅ Essential Requirements:
Experience in mental health support
Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or related field
Infection control training
Valid Driver’s License
First Aid & CPR (current)
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (within the last 3 months)

🌟 Support Workers Wanted – Balga, Marangaroo & Surrounding Areas 🌟

Are you a compassionate and reliable Support Worker looking to make a real difference? We’re expanding our team and are currently seeking dedicated individuals to support NDIS participants in Balga, Marangaroo, and surrounding suburbs.

We have two wonderful participants looking to grow their support teams:

👩‍🦰 Participant 1 – 22-year-old female
Enjoys community outings, shopping trips, baking, art activities, and reading.
She’s sociable, loves being out in the community, and is working towards building independence — particularly in meal preparation and daily living skills.

We're seeking female support workers available for morning, afternoon, evening, and sleepover shifts.

👦 Participant 2 – 19-year-old male
Active and energetic, he enjoys boxing, being outdoors, and is currently exploring employment opportunities. He is also building his skills in meal preparation.

Please note: He has a boisterous but friendly dog who loves daily walks — dog lovers welcome!

✅ Essential Requirements

Experience in mental health support

Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or a related field
