Whether its this eve, or another, don’t forget to pause, step outside, enjoy the night sky and bathe in moonlight – Remember the importance of connecting with the rhythms of nature and the natural ebb and flow of life. The full moon represents the cycles of nature, symbolizing full expression, heightened energy, clarity and spiritual awareness (among other things).

It’s an opportunity to acknowledge your growth, celebrate your progress, and express gratitude. Whether you feel energized and inspired to move or dance, or you’re drawn to balancing your energy with grounding, calming, or reflective practices, the full moon is a beautiful time follow your intuition and find deeper meaning in practice, ritual or simply reconnecting with the beauty of life.🌿

☁️ Thoughts are like passing clouds; they come and go, but the sky remains - steady, open and vast.

In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to get caught in the swirl of thoughts and emotions - clinging to them, getting caught in their pull, or trying to push them away. But like clouds, they are meant to move naturally - appearing, shifting, and dissolving. When we stop resisting or replaying them on a loop, we create space for clarity, presence, and ease.

Meditation supports us in observing, feeling, and letting go - allowing thoughts to pass without fixation and emotions to be fully felt without becoming trapped in them. With practice, there are more moments of experiencing the space beneath or beyond. We begin to understand that we are not just the passing weather - our mind is like the steady, expansive sky. 🌥️

It's the last week of school holidays here in Perth and for some its been a busy or stressful few months. It may be time to take note of any accumulated tension and make a little plan to try and find more ease (body mind or spirit), or balance once more. Let this be your reminder to stop and take a deep breath.... 🧜‍♀️

It’s been a little while, but we’re back, refreshed, and excited to reconnect with the community. 💜

I hope everyone is having an amazing start to 2025 and we send our well wishes for an incredible year ahead, full of adventures, contentment, and creating great new memories. In 2024, we moved towards offering individualized 1-1 sessions and worked on creating some beautiful, specialized events.

✨ This year, Mandala Tree is bringing you more of what you love - grounding yoga, free-flowing movement, and holistic wellness tips to help you on your journey to the healthiest, happiest version of you. We will also be running some super relaxed community catch-ups. This will be a year of ease and flow, so expect a slow start and a smooth ramp-up of offerings from late Feb onward. Our Story

Welcome to our page and to the Mandala Tree community!

Here you will find information and updates on yoga classes, courses and related movement and wellness offerings. We also aim to share lots of exciting and inspiring content to support you in living your most vibrant, healthy, connected and happy life.

I absolutely LOVE teaching and practicing a combination of authentic Hatha yoga & creative Vinyasa Flow (which is often inspired by my background in contemporary dance). I am greatly inspired by the depth and richness of the traditional Himalayan lineages. It was through these practices that I truly understood that yoga is a 'state', a way of being, a way of seeing the world. It is something that filters into every aspect of life and once the practice has truly started, it never stops. It is a spiritual path that can be adopted by and truly benefit anyone, no matter what belief systems, background or physical condition. I also think it is so beautiful to be able to bring your own 'flavor' to your unique practice. Exploring new movement pathways, thinking outside the box and bringing experience from other movement based disciplines into the physical yoga practice is so much fun. I love tapping into this creative energy to come up with something a bit different sometimes. I find this combination (and the synergy) is just magic!

On this page I will also share wellness and natural health related info & offerings. Over the years I have experienced various health problems (colon cancer, gut problems, food allergies etc); and I have supported and accelerated my own healing journey through learning about the various practices and support options available (and coming up with a plan that felt right for me). I have gained such a deep understanding of how unique our bodies truly are and it can take a little planning to find the right support (practices, lifestyle changes etc) for your unique situation or constitution.
