To all the new mums out there.

Behind every smile, there can be so much left unsaid, exhaustion, worry, doubt, or just the daily effort of holding it all together.

This R U OK? Day, let’s remind each other it’s okay not to be okay.

Becoming a mum is a huge change. It’s beautiful, exhausting, overwhelming, and everything in between. Adjusting takes time, and you don’t have to do it alone.

A simple “R U OK?” can mean more than you think. Whether it’s your partner, a friend, or another mum, check in. And if someone asks you, be honest if you can.
