Fueling well doesn’t need to be complicated, just consistent.
Before training: choose an easy-to-digest carb 30–60 mins before (banana, dried mango, toast with jam, rice cakes + honey).
After training: refuel with protein + quality carbs (smoothie, choc milk + banana, burrito bowl, chicken + rice).

Stay hydrated, sip throughout, and start sessions well-fuelled.
