We are a privately owned and run physiotherapy clinic in the beautiful town on Ararat in Western Victoria.

We specialise in musculoskeletal injury prevention, management and rehabilitation. We offer our services to local businesses and sporting clubs. The physiotherapists at APHS aim to deliver expert care for a variety of sporting and non-sporting injuries in both adults and children. Whether it is a sporting injury, work related problem, neck or back pain, headache, fracture, sprain or strain, Ararat Physiotherapy & Health Services will take care of you. Our team are hands-on, highly trained and motivated to ensure that you receive the appropriate assessment and treatment strategies, enabling you to achieve a speedy and safe recovery from your injury. We also aim to help you prevent reoccurrences of your problem, and therefore you will receive other strategies including exercise and education to help better manage and prevent these recurrences. Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, meaning you do not need a referral to attend our clinic, nor do you need have medical imaging completed before you attend an appointment.

Recently, we discovered Jess began work under Ararat Physio in 2012 🤩 We are now lucky to have five Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, a Podiatrist, a Pelvic Floor and Lymphodema Physio, a Remedial Massage Therapist, and a strong Admin Team 😍

We are so grateful to have this team, and be able to offer these services to our community, and thank you for putting your trust in us to help you live your best life 🙏💛

Our 2026 TimeTable is up with some important changes 💪

🧘 We are sad to share that the Monday Evening Yoga has now been cancelled. Liss, you will be missed by many, and we are so grateful for all the sessions you were able to run at Ararat Physio. We wish you all the best for your many upcoming adventures ✈️

🧘‍♀️ So when can I attend Yoga? Here at Ararat Physio, we offer two Yoga Sessions per week:
7:00am on Tuesdays
4:00pm on Wednesdays
Neither of these suit? Let us know what day and time would suit you best as we are always looking at expanding and growing our yoga community ✨

We are excited to share that a new Clinical Pilates Class has been added to our timetable. 9:30am on a Monday Morning! This class will be run by not one, but two of our Practitioners 🤩

Still based on a 1:4 ratio, Jess and Kristy will take this Women’s Health centred class, alternating weeks based on their work schedules. We can’t wait to see you there 🙌

Ararat Physio & Co Allied Health Bursary 🌿

Ararat Physio & Co is proud to offer a $3,000 bursary to support a young local person (aged 25 or under) who is studying or planning to study in an allied health field — such as physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, speech pathology or dietetics. Preference may be given to applicants pursuing studies in podiatry, to help strengthen local services in our region 🙌

The bursary will be paid in two stages — $1,000 on proof of enrolment, and a further $2,000 following successful completion of the academic year ☺️
