Ardrossan Seaview Aged Care is a not for profit, private, Community owned 33 aged care bed home. We are located on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia, 1.5 hours from Adelaide.

We have an outstanding leadership role for an exceptional Clinical Care Manager to join our Ardrossan Seaview senior leadership team where compassion, respect and dignity are at the heart of our care.
Position overview:
You will be assisting and supporting the CEO in the Management of our home with emphasis on being responsible for providing clinical leadership and accountability for the clinical care provisions with a key focus on resident care planning, AN-ACC, quality assurance and continuous improvement, maintaining accreditation standards and overseeing the provision of specialist nursing care to residents.
You will need:
• Degree in Nursing with current APHRA registration Minimum of 3yrs previous experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of AN-ACC and Accreditation processes
• IPC - Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control Training is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise, manage and mentor staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Respect, empathy and a passion for Aged Care
• Dementia Care Certificate or experience

* Bachelor of Nursing
* at least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse
* Experience as an IPC Lead with current qualifications
* Available for all shifts over a 7 day rotating roster
* Current AHPRA registration to work in Australia
* Advanced Life Support (ALS)
* Current Police Check
* Rural / remote experience preferred
