This Easter, we’re celebrating what truly matters — connection, community, and coming together 💛🐣

Across our Home and Living program, it’s been wonderful to see people sharing laughs, enjoying activities and morning tea, and building meaningful social connections at our Easter celebration.

Moments like these highlight the importance of inclusion, belonging, and creating spaces where everyone can connect and feel valued.

This March, we’re proud to celebrate an incredible achievement by Shane from our Home and Living Program.

Shane took on the challenge of walking 192km as part of the March On fundraiser, supporting Soldier On’s vital mental health services for veterans.

With an initial goal of $300, Shane was able to rally support from our amazing community and raise an outstanding $556!
Thanks to this effort, the funds raised will help provide:

• 29 peer support sessions
• 27 employment support services
• 1 psychology session for veterans

Not only did Shane surpass his fundraising goal, but he also completed the full 192km—an effort equivalent to conquering the Kokoda Trail and back!

A huge thank you to Shane, his SIL, and external Community Access team—your efforts are truly making a difference, and we couldn’t be prouder 💙
