The Empathy Evolution Project

The Empathy Evolution Project Inspired by the recent loss of my friend jack, since his suicide 3weeks ago We are hosting a day of inspiration, hope, kindness and harmony. See you there!

The Empathy Evolution Project is all about bringing you to a new way of feeling balanced and strong through your very own inner power. There are some wonderful experiences for you to enjoy throughout the day. To live a life of peace and happiness begins by knowing how to relate to our emotions and thoughts in a way that will align us to our truth and inner strength. We do this through gentleness a

nd cultivating practices which give us a greater awareness of ourselves. Being emotionally resilient and having mental tenacity are the foundations of a peaceful and joyful life. This event will be at the beautiful historical Elizabethian last drop brewery in the Perth hills on Sunday, May 1st, 2022.

“Tryin' every day when I hold my breath
Spinnin' out in space pressing on my chest
I don't wanna lose control
Sometimes I still think it's coming but I know it's not
Tryin' to breathe in and then out but the air gets caught”

To be entrusted to hold a heart that is hurting is an honour and a privilege.
But how do we hold the heart that is hurting in a way that brings empathy and compassion?
By listening and hearing from our own hearts.
To do that means we forgo the thoughts we have running around in our own minds.
To not jump in and talk over the person who has entrusted us with their pain and hurt.
And by not making the conversion about our own pain or experiences.
So many times I have heard someone reaching out from a place of emotional or mental anguish only to hear the other person talk over the top of them and be more interested in telling their own story.
When we are entrusted with a heart that is in pain or hurting, we need not find the solutions for often that are not what is needed. But more to being still and hearing and listening without judgement or preconceived notions of our own.

When we see the incredulous interconnection we have to all things we grow, we evolve.
When we grow and evolve we become more courageous, bold and stronger.
To feel courageous and bold is to know the beauty of oneself to feel the immense power of our inner self.
Find your courageous bold self in nature, take a walk and feel the energy as it weaves through your body, and calms a frantic mind.
