We have over 20 years’ experience in cultivating communities that brighten our residents’ lives and help them maintain an active and enriching life. We take a people centred approach to care which means our residents benefit from clinical care, participation in stimulating activities and nourished with wholesome and culturally accepted meals that are individualised to their needs and tastes. We also preserve their autonomy by involving them in daily-decision making, and offer complete transparency for families and loved ones.

We are pleased to officially announce our rebrand! As of 1 September, we will be changing to ✨Aeralife✨. Our refreshed appearance reflects our evolving vision and ongoing commitment to excellence.

We have a brand-new website, and you’ll also start to notice our homes and team members sporting a brand-new look with fresh signage and uniforms.
As part of this transition, we’ll be closing this page and moving to our new page.

For our residents, loved ones, suppliers, key partners and staff, you should have already received details about these changes.

✨ Inspired by the incredible performance of our Aussie athletes at the Paris Olympic Games to date, Heritage Watergardens held their own mini games!

Our inspiring residents took center stage, proudly representing their homelands, from Ireland and India to Italy and (of course) Australia!

They competed in basketball, horseshoe throwing, darts, bowling, and corn toss. With torch bearers, flags, and medals donated by Kim at Sunbury Trophies, it was a truly special event.

A huge congratulations to Sita, who stole the show with 2 golds and 1 silver! 🥇🥇🥈

We had a fantastic afternoon filled with laughter and fun. Thank you to everyone who participated and made the day unforgettable! 🙌
