The Lung Meridian activation and

During the first workshop on Letting go, I taught that the purpose of the Lungs are not just about oxygen.

It’s spiritual alchemy. And yes, it’s possible.

Not by avoiding the pain.
Not by numbing or pushing it down.
But by gently transforming the relationship we have with it.
By listening. By honouring. By allowing it to reveal what it came to teach.

This is how the wound becomes wisdom.
This is how the pain becomes power.
