Today I had the beautiful Summer from in for her second HIFU session - a treatment she chooses to incorporate into her own skin journey for its ability to work at a deeper structural level.

DAY 10… this is where most people panic 👀

This is 10 days after a full face & neck Plasma Pen — and this stage is often misunderstood.

You can still see:
• pinkness
• the dot pattern
• some surface irregularity

This is completely normal and part of the healing phase.

What I’m really looking at here is:
✨ the lift through the upper eye
✨ improved skin contraction through the lower face
✨ early smoothing of texture through the chin

And this is only the beginning…

Over the next 8–12 weeks, the skin will continue to:
✔ tighten
✔ strengthen
✔ rebuild collagen

The magic of the dots gets me every time 🌚

This is just on 3 weeks following my Plasma Pen Full Face and this is what I’m seeing with my trained eye 👁️‍🗨️

- Newer epidermis with blood flow
- Client is comfortable (guided through healing)
- Better cheek lift & structure (esp. infra-ocular junction)
- Less pigment density (lighter sun damage)
- Reduced peri-oral lines at the oral commissures
- More even light distribution
- Early, early, early day results (9 weeks of ECM production left to go)

We did go pretty hard on her upper eye which you can see is still very much in the healing stage so swelling has a bit of time to fully settle with the true magic happening at around 8 weeks

What you’re looking at here is skin that is comfortable but showing signs of internal development.

By week 4: pink gradually fades, structure improves further & skin “holds” better.
By week 6: pore walls are stronger, skin looks smoother & has a “glassy” glow.
By week 12: skin shows final results, lines are much softer, visage is lifted, pigment has faded.
