I am a qualified remedial massage therapist with Diploma of Remedial Massage from Evolve College and Certificate IV in Massage Therapy from the Massage School (Australian Institute of Fitness). I have also studied Thai massage at TMC Massage School of Thailand in Chiang Mai. Massage is beneficial to those who suffer from:

• Anxiety etc. Deep tissue massage uses slower movement and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as sore shoulders, stiff necks and lower back tightness. Sports massage uses similar techniques to therapeutic massage with the goal to enhance athletic performance by maintaining/restoring the athlete to optimal condition. Corporate Seated/Chair massage is typically short (15-30mins per client) and focuses on the back, shoulders and neck and arms. It is done over clothes and does not require any massage oil. Swedish massage is classic European relaxation massage using gentle long smooth strokes to relax the soft tissue muscles, relieving tightness and tension.
