We all have our different passions but we all enjoy helping people. We have an eclectic range of products and services. We are a "normal" pharmacy as well as offering a full non-sterile compounding service. We also offer naturopathic services and a boutique range of health foods. Sleep-related melatonin use in healthy children

The Canadian Paediatric Society recommends 1 mg of melatonin in infants,
2.5 to 3 mg in older children, and 5 mg in adolescents. 8 The range in
children with special needs varies from 0.5 to 10 mg. 7 , 14 Melatonin should be given 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
