Exciting News! We've aligned with 'The Returned,' a heartfelt film project that dives into the ups and downs of family, grief, loss and real-life experiences. 🎬

'The Returned' explores how three siblings cope with their emotions when they return home to their mother in her final hours. It's a story about love, loss, and the human experience.

🗓️ Mark Your Calendar: Filming kicks off in January 2024 in Wannon, Victoria, Australia.

We're thrilled to support this project and nurture local talent and businesses. 'The Returned' has the potential to reach global audiences through film festivals, streaming platforms, and cinema screenings.

Today, my family and I will be manning the phones at the inaugural Dylan Alcott Foundation Giving Day.

Dylan and everyone at the Foundation have given our son, Sam, so many different opportunities over the last few years. We are so grateful, and our family life has definitely changed as a result.
One in five people, 20% of the population, have a physical or mental disability in Australia.

As one, we firmly believe that disabled people should have the same opportunities as able-bodied people.

One of our long term clients has booked 4 tickets to see Swan Lake on Monday 25th Sept, not realising it is the Day of Atonement.

As we all stagger towards the end of a truly exhausting 2020, we would like to extend our warmest wishes and most festive greetings to each and every one of you.
It feels like this year has been especially tiring on so many different levels so please put your feet up, take a nice long rest and come back fully recharged for what must surely be a better 2021!

Empathy Pilates will close its studio doors for Christmas from Dec 24th until January 18th 2021.

WOW!
It really doesn’t feel like five years since we first opened the doors of our Empathy Studio.

In that time, we have:
💙 Had 29,700 clients through our doors
💚 Had 55 window display changes
💜 Trained 28 teachers through our training school
💙 Had 3 roof leaks
💚 Washed over 30,000 towels (and subsequently, farewelled 2 washing machines to the nature strip)
💜 Farewelled 5 instructors to pastures new
💙 continued to have fun and laughter with 4 of our original instructors (including our off-the-wall Christmas outings)
💚 Survived the first lockdown and are midway through the second - gulp!

Doesn’t time fly when you are having fun!

Thanks for being part of the Empathy journey.
We love that you are along for the ride, at home for the time being, but ever hopeful that you’ll be back inside the studio soon.

Noooooooooo!!!! We were all having such a nice time being back in the studio too, weren’t we?
I’m not sure we’re all really surprised by Tuesday’s announcement, but alas, with the current return to lockdown our studio has to close once more. 6 more weeks everyone. Yippee I hear you say!
