Forté is the only company in Australia to focus on the manufacture of medical mattresses - we provide a complete service including production, clinical education and design/development of innovative new mattress systems for the medical markets.
Since establishment in 2007, Forte has witnessed strong & sustained growth including a favourable shift from our customer base to sourcing Australian made products. This has opened even more opportunity for new growth.
Forté supplies 3 main markets: Homecare (via a national dealer network), residential aged care facilities, and hospitals. Forté is small enough to care and provide the feel of a local company whilst having the manufacturing capability to deliver on the largest clients and projects right across Australia.
We have a strong emphasis on research and development and lead the market in innovation and clinically superior products. Plans for growth include a new manufacturing facility to be built within 12months which will support continued investment in new jobs and manufacturing capability.
What we are looking for
Due to continued company expansion, we are on the look out for another team member within our customer service division. This is an office based role in a friendly, clean & safe environment where the successful candidate will be supported to grow and achieve their very best potential.

Tasks & responsibilities
⭐ Schedule orders into production
⭐ Communicate order status with clients from confirmation of receiving an order to confirming delivery of order, and after delivery follow-up
⭐ Answer any incoming queries from clients regarding their order (via email or phone)
⭐ Responsible for prioritising and re-scheduling orders as required
⭐ Support roles for the Operations management & client care team
⭐ Communicate with factory and operations manager regarding current production output levels and order delays/issues
⭐ Manage warranty claims and client complaints in relation to products/orders
⭐ Play a part in improving business systems for increasing efficiency and quality
⭐ Accurately set up new products in the system - including product spec sheets, drawings, and updating product prints
⭐ Input purchase orders received from clients into relevant company system.
