We want to see how YOU visualise thought defusion—how we step back from the noisy mind and choose with clarity.

Whether you’re into drawing, painting, digital art, or mixed media—show us your take on taming the mind’s chatter. 💭

💭 When Your Mind Thinks It’s Helping (But It’s Not)

Your mind is always working—analyzing, predicting, and trying to keep you safe. But sometimes, instead of helping, it makes things harder. It overthinks, fills you with self-doubt, and keeps you stuck in a loop of worry. Sound familiar?

🔄 Overthinking Everything – Your mind replays awkward moments and worst-case scenarios, thinking it's protecting you. But instead of keeping you safe, it just adds stress.

🎛️ Trying to Control It All – Overplanning and overanalyzing can feel like the answer, but the truth is, trying to control everything often leaves you feeling even more out of control.

📉 Comparing Yourself to Others – Social media makes it easy to fall into the comparison trap. Your mind says, "If you just try harder, you’ll catch up!"—but in reality, it can drain your confidence and steal your joy.

💡 So, What Can You Do?
✅ Practice mindfulness – Notice your thoughts, but don’t let them run the show.
✅ Be kind to yourself – Talk to yourself like you would a good friend.
✅ Reality check – Not every thought is true or helpful. Ask: Is this thought helping me? What action can I take instead?

Your mind means well, but you have the power to decide which thoughts deserve your attention. 🌿
