But what about the rest of the day?Our bodies aren’t built to move once or twice and call it done… they need regular movement in lots of different ways. Thinking about movement as “movement nutrition” (love how Nutritious Movement explains this) is a helpful way to frame it, especially as our movement needs increase with age.
