That time of year where my daughter and I try to give a little something to someone in need. This year we did teenage bags for Share The Dignity. Such a wonderful cause to help those in need when they have to leave their homes in a rush and not be able to take, even the essential items.

Yesterday I was unlucky to come home with a migraine. For me it is like have my head in a vice and my vision gets blurry. For my daughters, they get vomiting as well. It only really started when I went through menopause. For my eldest daughter she been getting them since she was 14, she would vomit and vomit and her head would be pounding, she'd sleep and within 2 hours she'd wake up like nothing had happened, not so much anymore. It can last for a couple of hours to full day. My brother in law's would last for days. I sleep, take paracetamol and hope that it passes quickly. Sometimes it comes with a hangover type feeling the next day.
Sadly, I have to cancel my clients and rebook them. For my husband it means quiet and fend for yourself but he's always amazing at looking after me.
There has been a breakthrough for those who suffer regularly, by taking a blood thinner.
