overall wellbeing and quality of life. Mark Reynolds Sports Massage Therapist specialises in massage therapy for ongoing maintenance, pain and musculoskeletal soft tissue injury. Each massage therapy program is designed to best meet the needs of the client. Massages are adapted using Swedish Massage, Fascia Work, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Stretching, Active Releases, and Rehabilitative exercises. Sports Massage Therapy Aids in recovery, keeps muscles limber, improves mobility, reduces injuries, and manages pain. Prenatal Massage is a drug free pain management option, helps mother and baby relax, manages stress and helps with balance acquired prenatal conditions. Medical Massage Therapy treats a variety of diagnosed conditions with range of motion, stress management, and pain management. Runners Massage Therapy is designed to specifically address and treat the problems that occur in the training for races and marathons and aids in recovery. Crossfit Massage Therapy is a program focused on the high demands of weightlifters and Crossfitters who need a full range of motion to reduce injury risk. It also aids in recovery between training. Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy helps move fluid through the body in times when the lymphatic system is compromised due to illness or surgery in order to ease discomfort and reduce swelling.

"I first taught massage in the 1990s as part of a Physiotherapy programme, since then I have taught massage to many hundreds of students.
But I have never really felt comfortable having a massage myself.
Severe chronic soft tissue injuries took me to Mark and I am so grateful that I overcame my discomfort and went to see him.
I finally feel that I am able to do activities that I have not been able to do for over a year, the therapeutic benefit has been huge.
Rarely have I encountered such an excellent remedial massage therapist as Mark. His skill level is very high and he achieves really good soft tissue outcomes.
I found him to be really professional in his behaviour and handling which demonstrated respect for my privacy. His friendliness immediately puts you at ease. The warm oil and warm bed are fabulous and the room is a comfortable and relaxing space."
