✨ Aletheia turns 3 ✨

Today we celebrate three years of Aletheia Apothecary—a space born from a longing to bring truth, healing, and gentle transformation into everyday life, mine included.

From the first cup of tea poured to the hundreds of sessions shared, every moment has been an unfolding. Thank you for walking this path with us…

These years have been filled with stories, breakthroughs, and quiet moments of remembrance. Each visit, each conversation, each shared breath has been part of something meaningful—something that continues to evolve and deepen.

We celebrate not just the time that has passed, but all that has been remembered along the way. And all that is still to come.

Within the shared space, something gentle and transformative unfolds.

Every circle carries its own rhythm—shaped by the people who gather, the energy they bring, and the stories they hold.

During this Aletheia Essences Discovery Workshop, the journey unfolded with quiet depth. The essences met each of us in their own way, guiding gently, revealing quietly. There was a subtle intelligence moving through the room—inviting presence, inner listening, and a kind of truth that doesn’t require words.

Not everything asks to be spoken. Some moments only need to be felt.

Thank you to each of you who joined with openness, with care, and with the quiet strength it takes to explore within. Your presence was a gift—not just to the circle, but to the unfolding of this work.

I start my mornings with a cozy cup of decaf… but it’s my Liver Tonic Tea that really carries me through 🌿☕

Mid-morning, when the day is unfolding, I steep this blend of liver-loving herbs. It’s not about energy spikes—it’s about steady support and soulful nourishment.

What I love most? The flavour. A rich, roasted warmth from dandelion root, a bright note of orange, soft sweetness from hawthorn, and a subtle trace of lavender weaving through—delicate, but grounding. It leaves the most perfectly balanced taste on the palate—deep, earthy, and quietly uplifting.
