Whilst 2024 was a big one physically and mentally
2025 is going to be even better. Big things happening this year and with this I need to invest more time into myself.
2025 goals

❤️‍🩹Invest more time into myself physically and mentally. 2024 was big, I only took a total of 7 days off and we were very close to a burn out. Put more effort into me and my health.

✋Learn how to say no, you don’t need to do everything to please people.

💆Know my worth

👍Remain positive

👯Focus on the postive friendships, the ones that make you feel really good about yourself.

🍽️Take more breaks, days off and more time between jobs to reset and have an actual lunch break.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Make core memories with my family, the kids are getting older, these moments are going super fast.

Been a little MIA on here over the last couple of months.
I was working 3 jobs 😅
My usual days here at swremedial
10 hours a week at Modewarre FNC
And 2 shifts at week with Geelongcats

For the next couple of months it’s back down to the 1 job and time to reset a little 😴
