Last Friday, Armstrong Creek Doctors ran a presentation on the Dexcom continuous glucose monitor, an incredible tool that helps diabetic patients manage their blood sugar without finger pricks.

The Dexcom monitor sits on the arm or abdomen and provides real-time glucose readings, making diabetes care easier, more accurate, and far more comfortable.

With great pleasure, we declare that Dr. Olaitan “Ola” Temitope Ogunbodede (MBBS, PhD, MMed) to our team at Armstrong Creek Doctors starting January 12, 2026! 🎉

Dr. Ola is an experienced General Practitioner with a strong background in geriatrics, emergency medicine, and immunology. With years of hands-on clinical experience across NSW Health and The University of Sydney, he brings a unique blend of medical expertise, research insight, and compassionate care to every patient.

He holds a PhD in Medicine and Health (Immunology) and a Master of Medicine (Infection and Immunity) from the University of Sydney, along with an MBBS from Obafemi Awolowo University. 🩺

Dr. Ola is a proud recipient of the NSW International Student of the Year (2023) and the Australia Awards Scholarship, recognising his outstanding contributions to medicine and the community.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, playing soccer, and exploring new places — bringing the same curiosity and enthusiasm to both his life and medical practice. ⚽📚🌏
