About the Opportunity
Be a founding member of the team at Ashbury Medical Centre! We are a brand-new, modern General Practice opening in the heart of Armstrong Creek. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Medical Receptionist who is passionate about patient care and wants to help us build a welcoming environment for our local community.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be the "face" of our clinic. Your daily tasks will include:
Patient Management: Greeting patients, managing arrivals, and handling telephone inquiries with empathy.
Scheduling: Coordinating appointments. Computer literacy
Communication:
A professional, warm, and calm demeanor, especially during busy periods.
Reliability: A proactive team player who is excited to help establish new clinic workflows.
