Jessica Blanch joined HVG in May 2023 as part of the Customer Support team. Since then, her passion for helping people and strong leadership qualities have seen her promoted to Team Leader, overseeing support across South Australia and Western Australia.
With a career in customer service dating back to 2004, Jessica brings a wealth of experience from a variety of industries, including retail, hospitality, and call centres. Prior to HVG, she was a duty manager at a busy CBD restaurant, where she thrived in fast-paced environments and honed her natural ability to connect with people.
Jessica is deeply committed to supporting and empowering her team. She values camaraderie and open communication, creating a space where team members feel comfortable seeking guidance and striving to do their best. Her collaborative approach ensures that both customers and colleagues are supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her young son, sharing his enthusiasm for the outdoors and adventure. A sports lover at heart, she’s also passionate about AFL and Gaelic Football, and treasures time spent with her close-knit family.
