Cosy Hot Chocolate Shake

Here’s a delicious Hot Chocolate Herbalife Shake recipe. This warm, creamy shake is perfect for a cosy, nutritious treat, tailored for a rich hot chocolate experience.

Ingredients

2 level tablespoons Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (Dutch Chocolate)
250 ml unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
100 ml hot (not boiling) water (to achieve a warm, drinkable consistency)

1. Heat the milk until steaming (not boiling) about 60-70C.

2. Blend the Shake: In a blender, combine the Formula 1, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and maple syrup or honey. Add the 100 ml hot water to help dissolve the powder and create a smooth texture. Blend on low speed for 10-15 seconds until fully mixed.

3. Combine and Warm: Slowly pour the warmed almond milk into the blender with the chocolate mixture. Blend briefly (5-10 seconds) on low to combine, ensuring the shake is smooth and lump-free. The final temperature should be warm, around 50-60°C, for a cosy hot chocolate feel. Serve in a mug or heat proof glass.
