Blurred near vision is one of the most common reasons we see patients for eye exams and if you're around your mid-40s, the cause is generally due to hardening of the crystalline lens inside the eye.

Whilst this will affect us all at some point in time, there may be other causes for blurry vision besides simply an 'ageing' eye!
