Jo is a Faculty member of the CHEK Institute and teaches; Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1 (HLC1), a 3 day workshop as well as Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 2 (HLC2) a 5 day residential workshop. She teaches in Australia, NZ, USA, Canada and England

Jo commutes between Sydney and the Hinterlands of Byron Bay where she facilitates the classes at Bhavana Organic Farm + Cooking School.

Feeling so blessed to have had 3 days with this wonderful curious and open minded group of students studying Paul Chek’s Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1
The 3 days have just FLOWN BY. Level 1 always has such a rich diversity of people attending, some for professional development, and others for their own interest, we had IT specialists, accountant, physiotherapist, yoga teacher, oesteopath, naturopath, personal trainers, an arborist, and other professions were represented too. I LOVE this mix. It makes the experience so rich.

Congratulations to each of you and welcome to the CHEK community. - It’s so exciting to know we have more HLC Level 1 students in the world.

Today this amazing group of beings completed Level 3 of Universal Ray Healing, a very powerful energy healing modality that supports a deep transformation of your consciousness. This group of 6 dedicated practitioners have embraced every step of this journey. To become accredited isn’t an easy process. They are required to submit 36 case studies and show competences through each step of the healing journey with their clients. I’m so proud of this group. Thank you for your dedication and willingness to learn and realise the learning never ends as we experienced together today!
