We understand it’s not always easy to make it into a clinic — that’s why we offer Telehealth appointments with our team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and exercise physiologists.

Whether you’re based elsewhere in Australia, managing a chronic condition such as MS or Parkinson's, our team can support you remotely. Telehealth makes it possible to bring ARC to you.

Wondering if Telehealth is right for you? Your ARC therapist can help decide what’s best. We carefully screen all new clients to make sure online sessions are safe, effective and tailored to meet your support needs.

🧠 World Mental Health Day – October 10 🧠

Today we recognise the importance of caring for your mind just as much as your body. Mental health plays a vital role in recovery, especially for people living with neurological conditions.

We’re excited to welcome Adam Vuiji, our new psychologist who will be working in the ARC Hub on Tuesdays. Adam will be working alongside with our in-house psychologist Ashley, providing compassionate, evidence-based support to help clients manage the emotional and cognitive changes that can come with neurological conditions.

If you’re interested in psychology support as part of your rehabilitation, please speak to your therapist. Appointments with Adam are available now for Tuesdays.

⭐ Congratulations to Andrew for his ARC Gold Star ⭐

In January 2018, Andrew’s life changed after a stroke left him with weakness in his left side. Since then, he has shown remarkable determination in his rehab journey with ARC. One of his biggest goals was to get back to running so he could keep up with his 13 grandchildren – and he’s achieved it, even running on the sand at Cronulla! He’s also back enjoying swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding, and in July this year completed a 10km walk in the PD Walking Marathon surrounded by family, friends, and the ARC team.

Well done Andrew!

We’re recognising Courtney for her creativity and dedication in tailoring rehabilitation to meet her clients’ individual needs.

⭐ Congratulations to our Gold Star Award Winner Svetlana ⭐

For your incredible dedication, enthusiasm, and progress in hydrotherapy over the past year! 🏊

Your commitment to building your strength and confidence in the water has been nothing short of inspiring. You’ve worked so hard and it shows — from swimming on your back without assistance, to feeling more strength and sensation in your right arm and leg. Your joy in the pool is contagious, and it’s clear how much you love being there.

We’re so proud of how far you’ve come — you’re getting stronger every day, and your determination shines through in every session. Keep swimming, keep smiling, and keep believing in yourself!
