Today is Grief Awareness Day – a day to honour the deeply personal, collective, and unique ways we navigate loss and grief.

Grief doesn't follow a prescribed timeline or path. It's woven into the fabric of love itself – a testament to the bonds we've shared and the lives that have interweaved with ours.

Grief is not something to "get over" – it's something to integrate.

Through ritual, ceremony, and intentional care, we create spaces where grief can be honoured. Whether through our supportive end-of-life services, the potent aesthetics and care within our ceremonial spaces, or our monthly grief circles, we believe in the power of intentional, collective and embodied experiences to support the living and honour the dead.

Even when relationships are complex – when love may feel difficult and entangled – grief deserves the same intentional space. Standing apart from loss can leave complex feelings unintegrated. Ritual and ceremony remain essential for you, even if the feeling of “love” is not clear and clean. These too are life rites for those with messy feelings and grief.

Your grief matters. Your love endures. Whatever that may look like.

For those who have walked this path with us, remember that our monthly grief circles continue to be a sanctuary for connection - held by our heart driven Skye and Jude, reach out for more info. For others seeking support, know that there are gentle hands ready to guide you through.

💙 How are you honouring your grief today?

Stay tender with yourselves and each other. Go gently.

Beautiful words and understanding of the process of grief.

An experience of homeopathic support during recovery from cancer treatment.

🌿 Natural Recovery: When Cancer Treatment Met Homeopathy

Sometimes the most powerful stories come from life's biggest challenges.
Meet Melissa Turner, who used homeopathy during her cancer recovery:
In August, I underwent a double mastectomy, followed by six months of horrendous chemotherapy. I felt absolutely terrible and had no energy.

But there was hope:
The next step was hormone-blocking drugs, but I knew these would bring me into early menopause.

This is when I was introduced to homeopathy through a friend.
The transformation: From having no energy and feeling awful on a daily basis, my energy levels started to come back and I felt like myself again. I was more emotionally stable too. Homeopathy was the start of a complete change of direction in my life.”

Support during challenging times. Discover how homeopathy can complement your healing journey.
