We had a fantastic time at SKINCON 2025 in Melbourne over the weekend! ✨

It was a pleasure connecting with so many passionate skin health professionals and sharing insights on our device portfolio — including the Glacē™ Treatment hydrodermabrasion device, the Matrix™ RF microneedling system, and the Nordlys™ IPL.

We had the opportunity to host Sunday workshops on combining modalities for every skin type, led by our Clinical Operations Manager, Kirsten Cachia. Kirsten explored how to integrate energy-based devices into a clinic’s treatment pathways, offering valuable guidance on practical, multimodality applications.

We were pleased to welcome 3rd year Dermal students from Victoria University, Melbourne Australia to the Candela Melbourne office for an educational session on vascular treatments.

The session focused on the 595 nm wavelength of the Vbeam® Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL), covering:
• Clinical use in the treatment of benign vascular lesions
• The role of the 595 nm wavelength in vascular treatment practice
• Opportunities for interactive discussion and observation of a live demonstration

Students engaged in Q&A and gained valuable insight into this well-established vascular technology.
