What is it that the 'system' can't see or get?

"I trusted the health system to keep her alive."

Stacey Hildebrandt told Nadia Mitsopoulos on 102.5 ABC Perth that the death of her daughter, who took her own life after leaving hospital, was caused by a series of systemic failures.

Ms Hildebrandt said Hailee was a funny, beautiful daughter, sister and best friend, who was "loved by everyone", but had battled poor mental health for years. She had been admitted to a mental health ward several times in 2025.

Exactly, how is it that so many children are put on psychiatric drugs.

Everyone needs to understand this data!

Many people don't realise mind-altering psychiatric drugs, which are heavily pushed by manufacturers, prescribers and especially psychiatrists, do nothing more than chemically mask problems while also causing iatrogenic (drug-induced) illness.

The debilitating effects of chemically masking personal turmoil can make it appear as though something therapeutic has occurred, that the drugs are working. But, don't be fooled.

What has actually happened is a person has been sedated/tranquilised/drugged to the point where he or she can’t function in life and is manifesting the natural responses of the body to the introduction of a foreign substance that is confusing its normal functions.

Don't be fooled by the psychiatric drug propaganda.

Former patients 'left waiting for justice' after damning report into Brisbane's Wolston Park Mental Hospital. A 12-month review into the former mental health facility was released on Friday, following an ABC investigation.

The report included harrowing accounts of child sexual abuse, sexual violence and staff cover-ups.
