They help us bring forward the beautiful qualities within us all, so that we can recognise how wonderfully perfect we all are.

I have a small, old cabin in the rainforest. Whenever I return to the cabin, it’s like I’m returning home to myself. Everything I worry about in the city dissipates. I have nothing to be concerned about here. Nature brings us home. It grounds us. It heals us. It brings us peace, and quiet, and happiness.

I always talk to people about the effects of nature. Sitting by a river, an ocean, a fire, a tree, on some grass, or on some rocks, anywhere, will bring you back home to yourself xx
