I am so grateful to be running my carer wellbeing program, 'Replenished for Care', thanks to the support of Moonee Valley City Council. The program starts on Wednesday 13th August and runs for 6 weeks. Each workop is 2 hours duration and combines time for carer connection, relaxation and morning tea alongside education on topics that will help you to become a more balanced, healthy and resilient carer. You will learn to develop skills in self-care through a variety of centering practices that we explore in each session, as well as scientific knowledge on the vagus nerve, polyvagal theory, sensory processing and gut health and how they relate to you as a carer. Join me.... Limited to 10 spaces so get in quick!

The Sacred Nest Story

A nest is a beautiful symbol of nurturing, patience and love. The Sacred Nest was built with this in mind - and in honour of nature - to create a calming, inner city haven from the over-stimulation of our modern environment. The Sacred Nest offers visitors a special place to achieve the peace and balance required for their own healthy nest - the family nest, the friendship nest and most importantly - the inner nest.

Our modern environment affects us in many ways - our mood, health, energy levels and posture. But perhaps the most important influence is on the development of children. The aim of The Sacred Nest is to provide a space to educate and guide visitors on various ways to achieve more balance in this modern world. Balance in Mind, Body, Spirit and Environment.

There is a strong focus on developing a healthy, balanced connection between the physical body and the natural environment.

The Sacred Nest offers a diverse range of programs and activities that nurture a healthy connection to the self, as well as to the natural environment. The Sacred Nest can also be hired out by like-minded practitioners for training and group activities.
