Your Studio Online started as an Invercargill Yoga Studio that was born from a desire to teach people how to relax, how to breath, how to enjoy the simple things in life. I moved online during the first lockdown, and have decided this is where I am going to stay for a while, which means you can practice safety from home whenever suits you. I have a passion for teaching people who would not conside

r themselves the typical 'Wellness World Yogis'. They already have plenty of places to practice :)

I want to teach yoga to the grandparents, the frazzled Mums, the people who struggle to put their socks on in the morning. I want those people to feel the incredible benefits of mindful movement, meditation and breath awareness - because I know, that for many yoga can be intimating. I want to invite you to Your Studio Online, knowing that you are going to learn some things that could change your life!!

It’s a yearly date with myself - around the time of winter solstice I take myself somewhere in nature and do a little self check in 🍃 🌊

It’s a ritual I absolutely love and I always feel so optimistic, grateful and inspired afterwards, so I’ve decided to share it.
