This week, we proudly hosted an Aphasia Morning Tea in support of Aphasia Awareness Month. It was a special opportunity to come together, share stories, and shine a light on a condition that affects thousands of Australians – yet is still not widely understood.
Aphasia can impact a person’s ability to speak, understand, read, or write, but it doesn’t affect their intelligence. By creating safe, inclusive spaces like this, we’re helping build understanding, empathy, and support for those living with aphasia and their families.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning meaningful. Every cup of tea and every conversation brings us one step closer to greater awareness. 💜

You might’ve already seen Ben around… but it’s time for a proper intro! 👋

Ben is part of our physio team at ONE Rehab and brings his calm, friendly energy to the clinic every Tuesday and Thursday.

With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), he is all about helping clients find confidence in movement – while still having a bit of fun along the way.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him surfing, diving, or hanging at the beach with his family, two dogs, a cat, and a fish named Sharkbait 🐾🌊

We’re lucky to have him on the team 💚
