In the past, the state of my face would have made me feel so incredibly stressed. It would have made me feel like I didn't want to go out and I would want to crawl into a little hole.

I've got to the point now where I can go about my day and do whatever I need to do. Still smile at people even though I’m looking like this.

No matter what's going on for you, no matter how much stuff is thrown at you, you can destress.

I’ve started a facial chemo treatment for skin cancer. It does the job, but it also makes my whole face go red and blotchy. So if you see me looking a bit like a tomato on Zoom, now you know why 😂.

I’m also curious — has anyone else been through this? I’d love to hear how you found it.
