A stiff neck is often a result of poor posture, stress, or sleeping in the wrong position. Fortunately, it can be relieved with a few simple exercises. Start by gently tilting your head back and forth to loosen up the neck muscles. Follow this with side-to-side tilts, which help with flexibility and range of motion.

Next, include some neck rotations, making sure to go slow and controlled to prevent straining the muscles. Afterward, apply gentle pressure using the "press" method for about 10 seconds on each side, alternating between the left and right side of your neck. This will help release any remaining tension.

Finally, combining alternating side and chin presses can also promote circulation and encourage relaxation in the stiff muscles. This routine should take just a few minutes but can significantly reduce discomfort and help restore neck mobility. 🧘‍♂️💆‍♂️
