To me it is sooo many things.

Today it was a cocktail on the rooftop bar in Melbourne..
And boy did I enjoy it!

I love all my healthy tips and tricks, but sometimes it is just something different. The feeling inside for me is the same.

I'm hanging out in my Normatec compression boots while reading a book!

So, while I'm taking some time out, my lymphatic system is being pumped, and I'm helping my legs recover from my pilates session!

This is my blood - under the microscope.
The many round cells are red blood cells

Then there are my white cells - immune cells
The big white shiny things are neutrophils
And the big dull cells are lymphocytes
There is also a sneaky monocyte

These cells tell us a picture about your health - in real time!

Mine is looking pretty good I must say!
