As of 1 July 2025, FLO Chiropractic Care will be moving to a new location!

For the remainder of 2025, I will be joining my partner Brendan, at his clinic, Get Well Naturally, in Kallangur.

There will also be a change in availability, as I have decided to free up my afternoons to spend some much needed quality time with my daughter.

* Wednesday: 2pm - 8pm
* 7-8pm sessions need to be booked directly with me, as they are not available online 

Get Well Naturally

* Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am - 2pm

* Alternate Fridays: 9am - 5pm (starting 4 July 2025)

HEALTH IS NOT A TREND. HEALTH IS A WAY OF LIFE.

We are halfway through January and some of you may have embraced “New year, New you”, while some of you may have already given up, because it’s overwhelming when you’ve overcommitted.

And you know what? That’s totally ok!

What if you try to focus on one little positive change you can make? And focus on that for a month before you try adding another one to the list? It may help ease the overwhelm.

Being healthy is a life long journey and not necessarily a quick fix. So I hope some of these tips can help start you on your journey!

But most importantly, remember to be kind to yourself! Your body will thank you for it!

GRATEFUL FOR THE WIELAND FAMILY

I first started working with the Wieland family back in 2021 while living and working in Toowoomba. Since moving to Brisbane in 2022, the Wieland’s now travel 165km from Oakey to continue their chiropractic care with me. (Not pictured here is Mr Wieland Snr who was the first in the family to see me).

If your health is a priority, you’ll do whatever it takes to get the care you want, need and deserve.
