This new space has been created as a gentle companion — offering essential oil suggestions based on how you’re feeling emotionally, such as:
• feeling anxious or overwhelmed
• feeling ungrounded or scattered
• low energy or emotional heaviness
• needing calm, rest, or grounding

There’s no pressure and no right or wrong way to use it.
It’s simply another layer of support — there for you if and when you need it.

This feature is currently available to Annual members, as part of the deeper, evolving experience I’m continuing to build inside the app.
