Kirsty Dale Breathwork Facilitator Your Breath, Your Power🙏 Hi, I'm Kirsty,

I'm a Level2 Spirit Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Healer. I offer private and group Breathwork sessions.

I underwent emergency spinal surgery at the end of 2021, and it was an extremely traumatic time and experience. Shortly thereafter, I went to my first Spirit Breathwork Heart Awakening breathe and discovered the absolute magic of this modality. It offered me a Key into seeing what I needed to deal with and explore, which I could then address by myself and with a therapist. It also helped me to process and shed some trauma stored in my body. I went on to attend 3 Breathwork retreats, diving into my own healing and learning how to share this with others. During this time, I've completed Reiki 1 & 2 and am in the process of finishing Reiki Masters. My passion is creating inclusive and safe spaces for people to experience these modalities.
