This morning we celebrated our much-loved Christmas staff breakfast — a special little tradition that reminds us just how lucky we are to have such an incredible team. 🥐☕️

We truly couldn’t do what we do without our amazing staff, and we are so grateful for the care, dedication and positivity they bring every single day. 💚

We’d also like to say a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful clients and referrers for your continued trust and support throughout the year 🫶

This November, Alice spent a week up-skilling in advanced thoracic, cervical and cranial techniques under Kare Nielsen—an internationally renowned visceral therapist from Denmark 🇩🇰

Opportunities to learn from high-level overseas practitioners don’t come around often, and we’re so lucky Alice could bring these valuable new skills back to better support and care for our clients 🙌💙

💜 What an incredible day for women’s health on the Tablelands!

Last Friday, our team was proud to be part of the Nourish Her event — a day filled with learning, connection and truly inspiring conversation.

Our very own Physio Shae had the privilege of speaking about women’s health, pelvic health and workplace ergonomics. She was honoured to share practical insights, answer thoughtful questions and help shine a light on topics that matter so much for women at every stage of life.

We were joined by the wonderful Cairns Coaching – Sophie Anderson and Jenell Wilkie, who brought such warmth, honesty and expertise to the room. The conversations were brave, the vulnerability was powerful, and the sense of support was something really special.

And of course — a big shout-out to The Top Rail for the amazing food and hospitality! The perfect setting for a day dedicated to education, empowerment and filling our cups.

RECEPTIONIST – SATURDAY MORNINGS & LEAVE COVER
Join our professional and friendly team.

We are seeking a reliable, well-presented Receptionist to join our team for Saturday mornings and leave cover. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
• Professionally manage incoming calls and appointment bookings
• Provide day-to-day support to Physiotherapists
• Complete filing, scanning and faxing tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of the practice
• Assist with general office duties as required

Requirements:

• Team player who is reliable and flexible, with a strong “can-do” approach
• Well-groomed with a professional and friendly phone manner
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be available for Saturday mornings, leave backfill and school holiday hours

Hours:
8:00am – 12:30pm every Saturday, plus additional to cover leave.

Experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided to the right applicant.
