This week we had the lovely Debbie Savage guide us through a beautiful group Sound Wave Therapy session — a calming blend of gentle sound frequencies, breath work, and meditation. 
It was a wonderful reminder to slow down, connect with our breath, and find stillness amidst the noise of everyday life. Even a few mindful minutes of deep breathing can do wonders for our mental wellbeing.
The session was so relaxing that a few of our team members drifted off with gentle snores! 😴 We joked that we’d love to book Debbie in for a session every month.
