I have got a new order of Yoga TuneUp therapy balls in, just waiting for new homes and keen to help you hydrate your tissues and help you move better and with less pain.

I am never without a set, and if you’ve been a client you will have no doubt heard me speak about them.

If you are wanting something to help you release those pesky “knots” in between treatments or maybe your old set are well used (mine were) and needing to be replaced, get in touch and we can have a set ready for you.

As we awake to a new year, 2025, I am reflecting on the past year and I just wanted to say "Thank You!"

Thank you for supporting my little business, thank you for entrusting me to be a part of your wellness team and thank you for sweating and working out in class, for bringing your enthusiasm, smiles and for showing up week after week.

I am brainstorming in this last part of my time off how I can improve my offerings this 2025, what elements I can add to the clinic treatments, what fun new moves we can incorporate into the classes and how to make your experience an amazing one.

I can't wait to see you all again soon and to share my gratitude for your continued support.

While everyone didn’t get to join us for our annual costume end of year classes last week, the ladies that did turn up, looked amazing and finished the year off strong 💪🏻

This was our Tuesdays class group and I couldn’t stop smiling from the inventive costumes they came up with

We forgot to take a photo of our Wednesday crew (I think the heat that day melted my brain 🫠) but they also looked amazing and did me proud with how they all handled such an awesome class!

I am so so grateful for everyone who turns up week after week, for always working hard, for forgiving my lack of counting skills and who are up for anything!

We have some exciting things in store for 2025 🤩

I’ll miss you all over these next three weeks, but if you ever feel like you’re missing a class, drop a squat, bust out a hinge and maybe in keep with the Christmas theme, get down on the mat and do some Nutrackers 🤪

Just popping in really quick with a PSA on making sure you are booked up until the end of the year.

Appointments are going so fast for this last quarter and if you would like regular treatments or certain days/times, NOW is the time to book ahead.

It's Mother's Day this Sunday and if you haven't gotten around to getting a present for your Mum, have you thought about gifting her a mini staycation on the massage table?

A place where she can relax, cozy, warm while being massaged with organic herbal infused massage balms while having her sore muscles worked on as we help get her into a more refreshed and relaxed state....

Monday mornings are just better when the new Tui Balms order arrives, just in time for this cooler weather 🌧️

New Heat balms will be in clinic over the cooler months to warm you up and help with those aches and pains.

It also feels like that time of year to fire 🔥 up the table warmer to allow for a cozy, relaxing massage experience.
